MacIntosh Fall Festival

It was the perfect day for a craft show, a group of us went to the MacIntosh Fall Festival.  Lots of people and some great finds.

Here we all are, it was chilly in the early morning, but soooo nice later.  Mary, Me, Eileen, Christina and Debbie.
A picture of the early morning crowd, as the morning went on, you could hardly walk.
Mary and me with our friend Beth of B&B Crafts, she deals in prim wood designs.

A cute little wagon that I reallly wanted, but the price tag read $74.00
A few of my purchases, a paper mache box and a prim pumpkin.  You can't see it, but there is a Christmas present for Mary in the box, I can't show it, but it is so cute!
and I had to have this, a Mouse pinkeep.  I think I have this pattern and have never used it.  After seeing this one, I am defiinitely going to make one and the holidays are over.
Eileen in a booth of dried flowers, etc.  We had a great time, some of us are headed to Micanopy next weekend for their fall festival.  A lot of antiques shops will be open too.
After all of that walking, we had to stop at Steak n Shake.  Eileen and Christina were starving and each got a big milkshake and a meal.  How they can drink all of that and still have room for food amazes me.
I finished up my 16 elves just a few minutes ago, have a couple more items to make for orders and then onto some new projects,  I got a few new patterns and ideas to work on.

Hope you all have a great weekend!  Cyndy

  4. That looks like a fun day. I wish we had more festivals around here. The only one we have nearby, I'm a vendor. I don't get time to shop or look.
    The pinkeep is sweet.

  5. Looks like a fun day was had by all. I love festivals and shopping for goodies. I love the little mouse keep. Not very many festivals here in my neck of the woods and when there is one they usually don't have prims. Thanks for sharing the fun with us.
