Our first craft show at the library was a great success, we had around 1000 people show up. Hopefully, next year will be bigger and better.
I had just a small table, as did Debbie (below) of Debbiesdodads, we both had good sales.
A few pics of some of the items --- her baskets were very well made
The same lady, also spins her own wool, she had these little lamb kits. She is going to make mine.
Some of her spun lamb's wool
This lady had painted gourds
Some painted woodcrafts
Soaps and lotions
This came home with me!
A friend of mine made these --- she sold quite a few
This also came home with me
A few more of her pinkeeps
I made up this little fall Annie, using a Sweet Meadows Farm pattern. She is on her way to Alaska. I hope to get a few more Halloween and fall dolls made, then it is on to Christmas.
It is a little cooler, in the 80's now, I keep hoping the lovebugs will go, but no such luck. Need some cool weather to get rid of them. If you don't know what they are, they are black little bugs that stick together when they mate. We get them twice a year, they swarm, the car get covered in them and if you don't cleam them off, the paint comes off. Nasty little things.
I hope everyone has a great week and weekend.
Looks like you had a good show! Have a Happy Fall Season. I am ready to see cooler weather, too!! It is getting better here. Happy Sewing to you!! Love , Jayne at Raggedy Jayne's
