Happy New Year and a New Give-Away

I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year.   We want to start off the new year with a new give-away, this is a large red heel sock monkey.  I had one when I was younger and it went everywhere with me.

He needs a new home and to enter :  just be a follower of this blog, post a comment on this posting and if you like add it your sidebar, for an extra entry.  Entries will be accepted until midnight January 21st.



I have been busy working on doll orders this week, that is all the girls lined up by the fireplace, they are all orders except for the prairie Annie, she is a new pattern, not sure if I like her or not.  I have 3 more dolls to make, one naked body to dress and 10 snowmen to finish this weekend. I am also in 2 Valentine swaps, which are so much fun.  I'm glad I enjoy making the dolls.  I hope to find time and order some new Raggedy patterns and maybe a few others, our wireless internet is down, they got the desktop up and running but can't figure why the other isn't working, they are supposed to be here today,  hopefully, later I can get to all of my stuff on my laptop.

    I am a follower and my birthday is January 8th. The heck with those kids. I would love to have a real sock monkey for me, myself! They make me nostalgic for the 'good ole days'. If I post this, more people will put their names in and my chances will be diminished. *sigh*

    I found you on cat nap inn and am happy I did..I am now a follower and will post your give away on my side bar...If I win the Monkey I might give it to my 4 yr old GS that has autism.I think he would like it..will check with my son and if he doesn't think so then he will be on a bench in my dining room or on the bed in guest room..Keeping fingers crossed to win him :).     Look at all of those dollies!!!!! My oh my you've been busy!! I am SOO entering this great giveaway! One day mom and i were talking about sock monkeys and she was talking so fast she started saying MONK SOCKEYS.....needless to say since then i keep saying monk sockeys to mom!!!!     I received my first sock monkey as a Christmas gift from a very dear friend, she made it herself, even dressed it in pajamas made out of monkey fabric and also made a blanket out of sock monkey fabric. It is sssooooo adorable but it is definately in need of a sister or brother so please enter me in your giveaway. You are a very talented gal!!!!
